February 8 2005 VARIOUS measures are being taken to improve the economic well-being of Bumiputera minorities, a top government official said. Economic Planning Unit deputy director-general Dr Wan Abdul Aziz Wan Abdullah said a Bumiputera Participation Unit is looking into the welfare of non-Malay Bumiputeras, primarily from Sabah and Sarawak.
